Hi there!
My name is Robert, and it's a pleasure to meet you here. I'm grateful for this moment we share together. It's not a coincidence that our paths have crossed.
To start, I want to emphasize that everything I write about, I practice myself. Every day is a challengeâsometimes it goes smoothly, and other times it doesn't. I'm on my own journey, sharing my experiences, tackling some things easily while struggling with others. I have my patterns, my bright side, emotional side, deep side, and shadow side, as well as my shallow side, feminine and masculine sides, and many other aspects that make up my being.
We are here together not for comparison or competition, but to patiently work on ourselves. After gaining some experiences, we can share our perspectives with others and observe what resonates with us. Generally, we are here to grow, develop, and support each other on our journeys. The best teacher, mentor, or coach in our lives is ourselves. Everything else is just for support or, in the worst case, to create dependency.
These days, you can hear, read, and see a lot of information, advice, and recommendations from various people. Some of it may resonate with you more, and some less. It's important to remember that these people are sharing their own perspectives based on their development, experiences, and backgrounds. They speak from their individual journeys and skills. We can listen to them and try what they suggest if it resonates with us, but we are not here to copy someone else. There are already too many copies of people and patterns walking around the globe. It's time to break free from these old, unaware patterns that keep many people running in circles.
Each of us is here to live our own individuality, aware and free, solving our own issues and patterns in exchange with others. We need to feel our own balance, our own bodies, our own patterns, joy, love, and even our own shadow parts, which can be unpleasant to confront but are still part of the wholeâjust like Yin and Yang âŻď¸.
This is very important:
I am aware that I will do something similar here, but with a slightly different purpose. As I see it, many people, coaches, and mentors focus on only one part of the whole spectrum of life, maybe two or three parts at most. They are free to do so, as they are walking their own paths. However, the part they focus on is often separated from the whole, and they insist you must "do" something specific for it, emphasizing focus on this part alone.
My purpose is not to tell you what to do or how to do it. I'm not here to tell you what is right or wrong. Judgement doesn't match with me. I can share my point of view, but it's just thatâmy perspective. The purpose of my journey, as I currently interpret it, is to ask questions. You, in turn, should patiently wait for your individual and unique answers that match your own journey. Your answers are not hidden in books, other coaches, retreats, yoga, work, or the things we purchase. These are just additional supports. Answers come from within, and everyone should find their own way to reconnect to that source of answers.
I can share what works for me, and you can try it if you like. You'll see how it feels for you.
We are fortunate to have the possibilities and freedom in this life to explore various things, methods, and ways. We can see what resonates with our personality and our journey, how long it lasts, and what comes next when it fades.
On my journey, I've found that in the "ocean" of countless offers, possibilities, advice, distractions, and societal values around us, it's easy to lose our deep connection and individual direction. We often hide our natural skills, gifts for our journey, under societal expectations. Looking back, that was my entry point, though I had no idea what it meant at the time. I was 20, unaware, young, and (jokingly) handsome. I trusted the moment and took the "wave of life," jumping on the surfboard to ride the wave. I've landed in the water many times since then, but I keep climbing back on the surfboard.
We are here in life, with our deepest joy and love, to train ourselves not to take things too seriously. We learn and grow through experiences, understanding our own balanceânot the balance of others or famous people we follow, but our own balance. With patience, we clarify our direction, which can change numerous times. This clarity makes choosing opportunities and advice much easier.
That's why I've named this blog "Just Be New."
My wish is for all of us to be deeply aware of ourselves and our individuality, aware of social conditions, programs, pains, karma, love, happiness, and everything connected to our lives and experiences. Everyone has their own individual way.
I don't have a presentation, pictures, or a flipboard to draw on, but I have something for you to try. You can try it multiple times or for an extended period. The point is to find your own way to your connection, whether it's passive or active.
For now, one of the many passive ways:
Lean back, take a comfortable positionâseated, lying down, or even standingâand relax.
For a short moment, stop doing:
Stop searching for answers,
Stop listening to music,
Stop watching videos,
Stop speeding things up...
Leave doing behind and just be. Be patient and let whatever should come or show up to you.
For a moment, enjoy the freedom and lightness of yourself.
Just be aware of your breath:
Inhale,
Exhale.
Inhale into your belly,
Exhale.
Breathe slowly and relax your body.
Stay relaxed and don't focus solely on breathing.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Feel how relaxed you are.
You are safe.
Calm down,
Get in touch with your body and breath,
Feel your body,
Breathe slowly, and relax.
Take your time for yourselfâmaybe for the first time ever.
You don't need to play any societal rolesâmother, man, daughter, employee, manager, golf buddy, housekeeper... any of them.
Just beâthere is just you, being, without any descriptions or roles, without a to-do list.
Relax,
Breathe.
How does it feel?
Is there anything?
Everything is okayânothing, fear, happiness, pictures, darkness, light...
Whatever it is, everything is okay.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Relax.
Explore this moment with curiosity, courage, and lightness.
You don't need to imagine anythingâjust be with yourself and enjoy relaxing without self-pressure or pressure from others' expectations.
Enjoy these moments, make it a silent celebration with yourself, and enjoy it as long as you feel it.
If any disturbance appears, it's okay. Let it go for this moment.
This moment is just for you,
Just for your being,
With freedom, joy, curiosity, fear, awareness, love, and all parts of you,
Without planning, programming, wanting, or doingâpure being.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Relax.
Deep inhale,
Exhale,
Be patient, be aware, take time for yourself.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Be curious.
Inhale into your belly,
Exhale.
Enjoy these moments as long as you feel it.
Enjoy the journey with love for yourself, happiness, gratitude, and share it with others.
We are sharing the whole being together, a lot of love, happiness, and gratitude as support for each other. I wish for us to find and recognize our deepest selves, live authentically, fully aware, and free of social conditions and programs. According to our highest selves, in connection to the universe, karma, and to support our growth, we feel pure love that fulfills our being and come to a point where we have no other possibilities but to share it unconditionally with others.
Wishing you a beautiful journey.
